A self appointed steering group with members from TSCT, TSCC, TEC and Tarbert Harbour Authority chaired by Robert McPhail.

Who did the work?

Jura Consultants were paid to do a "desk based" study.

Philip Fox-Denham (director of TSCT) was given leaflet, web and photo work from the steering group/Jura Consultants.
